The people behind Urban Cousins Care Limited are a group of professionals with extensive experience in the Health and social care sector.
Our Director who is also our Responsible Individual, our Registered Manager and our deputy manager are qualified and practicing social workers with over 18 years post qualifying experience in Adults Social care. Most of these years have been as senior practitioners with managerial and supervisory roles as well as working closely with service providers for quality assurance monitoring.
We intend to utilise our wealth of experience in these areas to deliver a reliable, high, consistent and transparent service that will be empowering to our service users and also promote their independence, dignity, freedom of choice and rights through positive risk taking.
Our service does not only aim to bridge the gaps in domiciliary care but also to make receiving care at home a joyful experience. We will initially cover London boroughs of Bexley, Greenwich, Bromley, Lewisham and other surrounding areas.
All our care workers are DBS checked and consist of trained, experienced, dedicated and compassionate staff who share the same values of providing the level of support you will expect from a caring and trusted relative.

Informal Carer Support We recognise the value of the contributions by informal carers, families and other informal support networks. We will liaise with social services to assess the needs of carers providing, or intending to provide regular or substantial care where requested, independent of the needs of the service user. The outcome of the assessment will be taken into account when designing Care and support Plans.
